Arrival: Check-in begins at 14:00 PM. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for incidental charges.
Departure: Check-out is strictly by 12:00 PM. Late departures may incur additional fees unless prior arrangements have been made with the Front Desk.
For the health and comfort of all residents, our property is 100% smoke-free. This includes guest rooms, balconies, and all public indoor areas. A specialized cleaning fee of $100 will be applied to the account of any guest found smoking in prohibited areas.
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep television and music volumes at a respectful level.
Gatherings or parties in guest rooms are strictly prohibited to ensure the privacy of neighboring guests.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms after 11:00 PM.
Room Access: For your security, please ensure your door is fully closed and locked when entering or leaving your room.
Fire Safety: Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exit map located on the back of your room door.
Daily housekeeping is provided between 8:00 AM and 16:00 PM. Please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you prefer privacy.
Should you encounter any maintenance issues, please notify the Front Desk immediately so we may resolve them promptly.
Guests are held financially responsible for any damage to hotel property or excessive cleaning required beyond standard use. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables; please utilize the in-room safe for your personal belongings.
